American Roulette has two betting areas and an American Roulette wheel with 38 slots numbered from 00-36. The inside betting area includes individual numbers arranged in 12 rows of three numbers forming three vertical columns. The outside betting area includes boxes for betting on red/black, odd/even and different groups of numbers.

There are several inside bets that you can make. You can bet a number straight up or straddle the line between numbers to select a combination of numbers. The payouts are as follows:

- Split.................... 17 to 1
- Street or 3 number....... 11 to 1
- Basket................... 11 to 1
- Corner................... 8 to 1
- Top Line or Five Numbers .. 6 to 1
